Exteriors of Kalamazoo is a Michigan based company. We live in the communities where we work. All our products are groomed or selected directly for the
four-seasons.
Here in Michigan we enjoy all four-seasons and the products offered are well suited for the vastly different seasons. Therefore, our products may not be the best selection for California or Arizona where heat is the dominant factor.
In the Spring we have mild weather and rain. Our Summers are mild at first but the last two months are very hot. The Fall weather is mild to cold, and then we have our Winters – where it is cold, cold, and yes…more cold weather.
The Window glass we select reflects UV Rays to minimize fade issues. This also allows the sun to heat the house in the winter time, and to act as an insulator in the summers when you want to keep the air conditioning within your home.
Our Siding is geared towards higher R-Value (insulation) and wind penetration decrease.
And our Roofing selection concentrates on ventilation, ice damming, and wind damage of snow.
