The Only Complaint
Exteriors of Kalamazoo did 3 jobs for Mr. and Mrs. Sullivan. The first project was the roof with a three layer tear-off, new plywood, etc. The Sullivan’s were happy and referred us to their daughter who also needed a roof.
The second Sullivan project was siding, fascia, soffits, gutters and window wraps. Again, the customer was happy and referred us to their pastor at a local church.
The last project we did for Mr. and Mrs. Sullivan was their windows. 13 double-hung's, 1 patio door, and 1 garden windows. After the install the install manager went to the job to do a final walk thru. After several knocks, the Sullivan’s finally came to the door. The Install Manager asked the customer how everything looked, and the customer replied “I don’t know”.
Naturally concerned, the Install Manager replied “what’s wrong?” And Mr. Sullivan candidly responded “we are blind”. Embarrassed for not noticing the Install Manager asked “then how can you tell we did a good job?” The response was “we can’t hear anything outside our house. And that’s our complaint”.
